My passion for all things health and wellness began decades ago, and has been a corner stone in my life ever since.
In high school, the girls track and field team was introduced to the weight room. Coach had us incorporate weightlifting into our weekly routine, which had me wondering what good this would do for runners. Although coach explained the many benefits, I wasn’t sold until after I experienced feeling stronger, more energized throughout the day, and an improvement in my teenage mood! This all sparked my interest to learn more, research, and ask questions to anyone who had knowledge. I soon found that wherever life would take me, having a consistent fitness regimen would evolve into more than just a dedicated hobby.
Running and strength training were
among my favorite activities, but I was finding that how I ate would not only impact my workouts, but how I was feeling in general. I was intrigued by this so much that it became my chosen area of study in college. After graduating Arizona State University with a degree in Nutrition, I became a Certified Personal Trainer, and found immense fulfillment working in the fitness industry where I could share my expertise in both fitness and nutrition.
I have experience and truly enjoy working with individuals across all age groups & fitness levels, ranging from kids/teens to expectant mothers, to those striving for weight loss or aiming for a stronger, leaner body.

I understand the many challenges we face to consistently keep our own health a priority. As a wife and mom to three young boys, our family is well acquainted with the demands of scheduling, time management, and prioritizing what is going to get accomplished each day.

Achieving great results often comes with obstacles and setbacks. If you reflect on your life’s journey, you may uncover qualities of persistence, determination, and resilience that propelled you toward a desired outcome. This is the specific concept in my personal training business and I am ecstatic to have established a training studio in my home that equips me to work with clients in a comfortable, clean, and private setting. My aim is to provide you with guidance, education and encouragement on your journey to becoming your most fit and healthy self!
