Group exercise can be a great way to stay motivated, keep accountability, and have a lot of fun! Using a blend of free weights, machines, and bodyweight movement, we cover the whole body in a dynamic circuit format.
By keeping class sizes small, you receive personal attention for guidance on proper form/posture, weight adjustment or any exercise modification you may need.
These workouts are designed to challenge you, but at your own pace, and while assuring safety and effectiveness. Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, or become more fit, these workouts will check all the boxes!

Your one on one sessions are fully customized to support and move toward your unique goals. No two people are alike, therefore no two sessions are alike! Upon meeting, we will discuss what you want to achieve, and a plan of how to get there.

In addition to achieving a great work out, we consistently prioritize nutrition by maintaining an open dialogue about your goals and progress. Nutritional guidance is provided to address any obstacles you are finding, as well as meal planning ideas and general dietary education.
Each session is focused on getting stronger, boosting energy levels, and mitigating the risk of injury. My objective is that you become more equipped, informed, and confident with every session.
All aspects of health and fitness are evaluated to ensure you are feeling and looking like the best version of yourself!

30 Minute Private
10 sessions for $350
These workout sessions provide a condensed timeframe without compromising any of the value. In your initial consultation, we will determine your needs & goals, from which I can create a customized program that is strength-based, cardio interval training, or a combo of both!
These sessions are well-suited for:
- Clients who already participate in a regular physical activity, such as running or tennis, and seeking a program to enhance these activities.
- Clients new to exercise and want to establish a solid foundation.
